Note:  Many parts are for off-road use only. As with any racing activity, there are risks at performance modifications. All installations are at the customers own risk. Caraggio Distributing LLC or ​Caraggio.com holds no responsibility either implied or otherwise for mechanical, electrical or other failure when using after market performance products. Some items listed are illegal in many states and only for racing vehicles which may never be used on a public highway.

Conditions of USE
Your use of this site indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions. Your placement of an order indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions.

All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips and software, is the property of ​Caraggio.com or its suppliers/manufactures and is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws. All trademarks, service marks, and trade names of and related to ​Caraggio.com are proprietary to ​Caraggio.com. All other trademarks not owned by ​Caraggio.com or its subsidiaries that appear on this site are the property of their respective owners, who may or may not be affiliated with, connected to, or sponsored by ​Caraggio.com.  Product information such as text, logos, and/or images used to promote products and/or the sale of products have been provided to ​Caraggio.com along with permission to use directly from the supplier or manufacture.  Any unauthorized use from other companies of the materials appearing on this site without written permission from the supplier and or manufacture may violate copyright, trademark and other applicable laws and could result in criminal or civil penalties. All software used on this site is the property ​Caraggio.com or its software suppliers and protected by U.S. and international copyright laws and may not be reproduced, modified, distributed, transmitted, or republished.

Your receipt of an electronic order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. ​Caraggio.com reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. ​Caraggio.com reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item and adjust your invoice accordingly. ​Caraggio.com may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. Once you have placed a online, phone order, or other type of order with Caraggio.com , you have entered in a contract to purchase and your credit card will be charged immediately. Orders DO NOT always ship the same day. Please allow 24 hours for your order to ship. If you need priority delivery then please contact us by phone for immediate attention.

Because ​Caraggio.com reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason, typographical, product photo, and/or pricing errors that may occur do not entitle a customer to receive something from those errors.  ​Caraggio.com cannot be held responsible for honoring purchases caused by such errors and will simply take action to correct the error. These errors are not a misrepresentation of a product, business, manufacture, or sale, but a error which ​Caraggio.com responsibility is to correct the error.

Ordering Procedure
If you order a product, your payment is taken immediately. We will notify you the status of the order and the product availability. If you choose to cancel the order before a product is shipped, we will cancel and refund you your payment.  If the product(s) are a special order, once the Special Order has been confirmed via email, the order cannot be cancelled.

An order that has shipped from our location or a supplier can not be cancelled, these are classified as returns.  Unfortunately once it has shipped restocking fees will apply if they are applicable.  Special order items, custom built items will not be able to be returned.  For this reason it is extremely important to check your invoice or order form. 

The Shipping Rates shown at time of checkout our dimensional rate only. If your shipment weight is to much then contact us for a special shipping quote. If there is an error in the shipping rate quoted we will contact you and let you know of the changes. International orders(Outside the USA) are not automatically processed as we may require additional information from you.

If a product is ordered and not wanted, the UNUSED item can be returned for up to a 25% restocking fee.  This is dependent on the manufacture or vendor.  Shipping is not refundable in either direction. All items wanting to be return MUST be reported within 30 days of the shipped date. No items will be returnable after 30 days. 

All products shipped from the ​Caraggio.com warehouse are shipped via Fedex or Freight and require a signature when delivered. Some packages shipped from the manufacture or vendor may or may not require signatures for package release. Fedex, UPS, and DHL have package pick up locations if you are unable to sign for the package.  If the package is returned to ​Caraggio.com or the manufacture/vendor, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs and pay a restocking fee.  

Caraggio.com  DOES NOT REFUND SHIPPING CHARGES.  If you modify, install, or alter the item in any form, we cannot accept it as a return, will not cover any expenses related to the product or installation, and you maybe be required to purchase a replacement.Please also see our full SHIPPING and RETURNS policies HERE.

Special Order Items
Some items may be special order specifically for the customers vehicle.  These items generally require a deposit or paid in full.  Once this deposit amount is received to ​Caraggio.com and the customer agrees to order the special order item, the deposit becomes non-refundable.  Cancellations or returns are not allowed on special order parts. 



Payment Terms
Caraggio.com accepts Credit Cards, Paypal, Affirm, Apple Pay, and Bank Transfers with appropriate billing and shipping addresses to be verified.  All orders are to be paid in full at the time of purchase unless we contact you otherwise. Prices and shipping cost is subject to change anytime because of exchange rates, shipping costs, manufacturer price changes, etc.

Warranty
All products come with the warranty that is applied directly by the manufacturer. Unless you purchase a extended warranty, ​Caraggio.com does not offer any of our own warranties and are not responsible for product failures or failures due to installation. Certain products are intended for race use only as suggested by the manufacture and should be installed and set up by professional service centers ONLY. As stated above we are not responsible for shipping cost other then by our own mistake of incorrect shipping.  Any item that is altered or changed from its original state without the consent of the manufacture or ​Caraggio.com, will not be able to be returned or receive warranty support. The warranty of a product is facilitated by ​Caraggio.com, however we can only enforce the manufactures decisions.

By law, a dealership is not allowed to void a warranty based upon having aftermarket parts installed on a car. When you add an aftermarket part to the car, the aftermarket part will void the warranty of ONLY the stock part it is replacing. 

Tuned ECU Flash Terms
We fully support our products, as well as the system, processes, and procedures that have been tested on many platforms for 1000s of customers worldwide. If you do not follow the instructions on ​Caraggio.com or the instructions that are emailed to you when you receive your new file, you risk the possibility of damaging the ECU. We cannot control issues pertaining to customers internet connections, computer abilities, other laptop programs, corporate security, etc. If you encounter errors and would like advice on what that error is caused by, you can email [email protected].  Once a flashing device is plugged into your OBDII port and you read out the cars stock file, the cable is then locked to your VIN and cannot be returned. 

If you do decide to cancel your flash order and have done this process and not received a tuned file, a fee of $250 or the original hardware cost with be deducted from the refund amount. There is NO WARRANTY on CrownAuto.parts Tuned ECU Flashes. All files are good working files that have been rigorously tested and used in cars worldwide. Please understand that mechanical issues, improper performance part combinations, not following the directions, and "Butt Dyno" reactions are not our responsibilty. The ECU flash service must be used within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days the flash purchase cannot be cancelled or refunded. 

Tuned Tuning Box Kit
The tuning box kits are designed to work specifically with the vehicle it was ordered for. 

Performance number gains are quoted based on Engine Power Gains, not wheel horsepower. Testing on the products was done in the Germany by the manufacture using 98octane fuel. ​Caraggio.com Tuned has tested several of these in-house on cars here in Missouri. We offer support and warranty on the hardware itself.

We DO NOT offer a guarantee from independent dyno tests or support personal installations not done by qualified shops.
